Parent-Child Conflict and Effective Communication Skills.
Some examples of problems encountered by families include: decisions regarding family planning, adoption, parenting, step or blended family issues, dealing with in-laws and other extended family members, adjustment to health related problems, coping with emerging alcohol, drug or mental health concerns, etc.
Some common family goals are: to communicate and problem-solve more effectively, to better cope with changes within the family, to debrief and cope with traumatic experiences, to resolve problems and conflicts, and to create a more positive family environment.
Relationship /Couple Therapy
Relationship counseling helps couples of all types recognize understand and resolve problems, dissatisfaction, and conflict in their relationship. The focus of couples therapy is to identify the presence of dissatisfaction and distress in the relationship, and to devise and implement a plan with to improve or alleviate the presenting symptoms and restore the relationship to a better and healthier level of functioning.
Counselor Supervision is a service provided to master level graduates who are pursuing licensure as a Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia. Supervision is an interactive learning process intended to monitor the quality of client care, improve clinical skills, facilitate professional growth and aid counselors in advocating for the profession.
Requirements for Clinical supervision
• Successful completion of a Master’s or Specialist degree program that qualifies you to pursue licensure as a Professional Counselor in the State of

Trauma Assessment and Trauma Recovery
Trauma assessment is a more in-depth exploration of the nature and severity of the traumatic events, the sequel of those events, and current trauma-related symptoms. We specializes in the treatment of trauma-related disorders including but not limited to: Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, Acute Stress Disorder, and Adjustment Disorder. Clients often do not recognize that the presenting issues is actually deeply rooted in traumatic experience or the inability to appropriately process pain. There are many issues that we feel are ways for unresolved trauma to manifest including but not limited to: * Depression, * Anxiety, * Anger, * Addiction, * Self-harming, * Self-destructive behaviors, * Irritability
